Whether you're struggling with something specific, or coming to therapy to improve your overall well-being, we'll work together to remove obstacles and tap into your innate drive to heal and grow.


I'll give you tools, but we'll also have a real relationship that we'll talk about and learn from. Where it makes sense, I also integrate EMDR, a scientifically proven treatment for trauma. We'll work together to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and challenged—the kind you needed as a kid, but that many of us didn't get.


The good news is it's not too late. We'll build it together, so you can find your peace in the chaos, the difficulty and the beauty of your life.
